Construction Labourer & Property Maintenance

About the Role

Aedo Properties is looking for a motivated summer student to join our team as a Construction Labourer & Property Maintenance Worker. This role is ideal for someone interested in a career in the trades, looking to gain hands-on experience in property maintenance, and small construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled construction workers with various tasks
• Perform minor maintenance work at rental properties
• Cut and maintain lawns (approximately 30 properties)
• Handle yard cleanup and basic landscaping duties
• Work independently, and as part of a team, to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid G driver’s license (must be comfortable driving between properties)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience in property maintenance or landscaping is an asset but not required
• Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well with others
